1. Who we are

This website is operated by GLAUDO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("GLAUDO", "we", "us"). You can contact us at selimtasci@glaudo.com.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

Every GLAUDO™ piece is made to order. We do our best to show colours and materials accurately, but colours on screen may vary slightly from the real fabric, and small differences between handmade pieces are normal.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected country and include any taxes stated at checkout. Shipping is free. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Cancellations and returns

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. You can return your piece within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally change; we'll keep you informed if they do.

7. Warranty

Every GLAUDO™ piece comes with a 2-year warranty on the foam and seams against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the GLAUDO™, PUNCH™ and KIDDO™ names, designs, photos and text, belongs to GLAUDO and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
