Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every GLAUDO™ order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Türkiye.

Delivery time

Every GLAUDO™ piece is made to order in our workshop in Istanbul. Production and delivery together take about 2 weeks. You'll see your estimated delivery date on the product page before you order.

Packaging

Your piece is compressed and vacuum-packed into compact boxes, so it fits through narrow doors and up stairs. After unpacking, the foam returns to its full shape within 24 to 48 hours.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Duties and taxes

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. Where possible, these are calculated and shown at checkout. Otherwise, they may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
