Warranty

Every GLAUDO™ piece comes with a 2-year warranty on the foam and seams, starting from the day it's delivered. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in the foam, such as loss of shape under normal use
• Seams that come apart under normal use
• Faulty zips

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, such as natural softening of the foam or pilling of the fabric
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, pets, sharp objects or incorrect cleaning
• Stains and colour fading caused by sunlight or heat
• Pieces that have been altered or repaired by someone else

How to make a claim

Email us at selimtasci@glaudo.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a few photos. If your claim is covered, we'll repair or replace the affected part free of charge.
