Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your GLAUDO™ piece. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at selimtasci@glaudo.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with your return instructions.

Conditions

• Your piece must be clean, undamaged and in the condition you received it.
• Pack it securely for transport. The original vacuum packaging isn't needed.
• Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless your piece arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us photos of the damage and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a free replacement and cover all shipping costs.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production starts and your order can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it within 30 days of delivery as described above.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in your country, including your right to cancel distance purchases in the UK and the EU. Nothing in this policy limits those rights
